We can accept many different formats but we prefer to work with the following:

  • Vector files (Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Figma (.fig), Sketch (.sketch), EPS (.eps), SVG (.svg)
  • High-resolution PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, PDF 

If you do not have any of these, contact us, and we'll help you do some conversions.

We highly recommend a single graphic per printable location. A printable location could be the front chest of almost any wearable top, the pocket of a pocketed t-shirt, the back of almost any wearable top, the front panel of most hats, etc.

While we can print multiple locations; each additional location has a separate fee.

We highly recommend all images or graphic quality be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch). Anything lower than this will not have a printable quality that looks appealing. They will start to get blurry or merely unprintable. If you have any questions about image formatting, please contact us.

At PourMeABeer, we like to provide roughly 5-20% commission after all costs are considered. This rate is subject to change, but we will inform all vendors when rates change.

We pay all vendors electronically, assuming you have a total commission of $100 or more, every 30 days.

We do offer samples upon request at a discounted price. 

As a vendor, you do not receive a commission on any sample products sold.

Absolutely! All products that we sell in our marketplace are available to purchase and resell at your storefront location for an additional cost, plus shipping, and taxes. 

A vendor could be approved to sell in our marketplace and swag ready for purchase within 5+ days depending on the following dependencies:

  • Vendor approval
  • Images and graphics are the proper resolution and format
  • All agreements are completed
  • Products are selected
  • Designs created by PourMeABeer and approved by Vendor on said products
  • Products are live in the marketplace

When it comes to fulfillment, we have two main goals—ensuring the best quality and making fulfillment as eco-friendly as possible.

To achieve this, our printers  continuously invest in the newest technologies from companies who care about sustainable fashion:

  • Kornit series printers and inks for DTG apparel
  • Happy and Tajima embroidery machines for hats
  • MS printers and inks for all-over print products
  • Mimaki inkjet printers for sublimation products
  • Mimaki UV printers and inks for phone cases
  • Epson series printers and inks for wall art
  • SubliJET HD ink for mugs

We only print products on-demand. Most of our printers use less electricity, water, and chemicals than standard industry printers. We’re gradually introducing more eco-friendly packaging, and looking into partnering with more sustainable brands.

We source products and fabrics from ethical brands and suppliers that comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards. Some of our products are cut and sewn by our 3rd-party in-house professionals.

All of our sizes are based on the specific product, but they tend to range from extra small (XS) to 5XL, and we do offer infant and child sizes. Please check the Size Chart for each specific product for measurements and sizing.

Yes, international shipping is available and pricing varies depending on your location. Be sure to add your shipping address during the checkout process and you'll see your shipping options adjust accordingly.

Once your order has been placed, you receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to and visit My Account > Orders to see more information about your orders.

We try to match the color values from our 3rd Party Partners' products as best as possible. If you ever have an issue with an order, please contact us, and let's talk about it.

See our Refunds and Returns Policy, but any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

We know sometimes we have too many beers while shopping online; things happen. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order so we can hopefully cancel before fulfillment has taken place. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a rewards or loyalty program at this time, but we do plan to create one so stay in the loop by subscribing to our newsletter to get first dibs.

PourMeABeer's estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time.

Similarly, we calculate estimated shipping time according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your shipping location. But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

  • Issues with print or embroidery files
  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.
